    I very much like this quote. And it is true...Christians need to start influencing people through Godly writing. And, while we are teen-agers, we don't have the responsibilities of a full-time job, supporting a family, raising a family, paying the bills, etc. etc. etc. So, we have the time...after school...in the summer...after music practice- yes, you can find time! So why not!? Why couldn't we do some writing and tell people what they need to hear? As Jerry Ross says in his book, "Did God put a Book Inside of You?" You don't know what to write? Write to a need. If you see a need in your church, school, or just life in general, write to meet that need! Someone out there seen that people needed to be informed on healthy eating, and they wrote a book. Another person saw that people needed instruction on raising children. Wala! A book! We need to identify the need that God has laid on our heart and do something about it! 

    But there is another part to this quote. Not everyone can write. Not everyone has the time. But you can at least do something worth writing! And I don't mean you have to go feed children in the Congo. Many things are worth writing about! Dorcus just made clothes for the poor, and she made it into the book of all books! The Bible- written by God himself! 

    But we are teens- as I said before, right now we don't have the many responsibilities we will have later. So, while we have the time, the young brains and the energy- Why not do Both??
