Praise Ye the Lord

 Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high-sounding cymbals.

Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.  

Psalm 150


    Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord! Our God is so great- why wouldn't we want to praise him? He has given us so much- salvation, life, a relationship with Him, and countless other things! 

    Not only should we want to praise the Lord we are commanded to praise the Lord! Jesus said that if we don't praise Him the rocks will cry out. Yea that sounds kinda cool, but it would be pretty sad if a rock- which isn't made in the image of God has to praise Him because the people- which are made in the image of God and have been the gift of His only Son- won't. 

    When you wake up in the morning, praise God for a new day. When you go to bed, praise Him for the good things that happened that day. Begin and finish each day by praising Him! When something good happens to you, take a moment to thank God for it. It doesn't have to be long- just be quiet for a few seconds and silently thank Him for His blessings. 

God is so good to us- let's remember to think Him for it!

The Return of Lester Holmes

It's here!! After many months of much hard work by many people, it's finally done! Thank you to everyone who acted, played, sang, filmed, edited, worked behind the scenes and so many more things! Thank you especially for those of you who had to redo scenes due to me forgetting to turn on the mic on the camera...thankfully it didn't turn out to be a silent film.  We all hope you enjoy the movie (sorry, short film, ha-ha)!
