Used Like Bezaleel

     Sometimes I begin to think, "Why do I even have this blog? Who am I to tell anyone what they should do and how they can be better? No one actually learns from me- I'm only 16! It's not like I have a ton of experience!" But I believe that God gave me the desire to have this blog and that He wants me to keep it until He tells me otherwise. I was encouraged by this story in Exodus 3. 

"And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,  See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:  And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,  To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,  And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.  And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee; The tabernacle of the congregation, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the tabernacle,"

Exodus 3:1-7

    It says in this passage of Scripture that the Lord filled Bezaleel with the spirit of God, wisdom, understanding, and knowledge in all manner of workmanship. Wow! I bet Bezaleel didn't know that God was going to call him to build all of the furniture for the tabernacle. I wonder what he thought when he did find out. Maybe he thought that he wasn't important or smart enough? God could have used one of the Levites, or Aaron, or Moses to make the furniture, but He didn't. He chose Bezaleel, a craftsman from the tribe of Judah. God can choose whoever He wants to do whatever He wants. Even if you're just a normal teenager, God can use you for great things! And just as He filled Bezaleel with the wisdom he needed to do what he was called to do; God will give you everything you need to fulfil His plan for you! God has a plan for you- He wants to use you like Bezaleel!

The Return of Lester Holmes

It's here!! After many months of much hard work by many people, it's finally done! Thank you to everyone who acted, played, sang, filmed, edited, worked behind the scenes and so many more things! Thank you especially for those of you who had to redo scenes due to me forgetting to turn on the mic on the camera...thankfully it didn't turn out to be a silent film.  We all hope you enjoy the movie (sorry, short film, ha-ha)!
