Blessing or Cursing

And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.

Deuteronomy 28:1-2

15

But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:

Deuteronomy 28:15

2024 is almost gone and 2025 is upon us. As we head into the new year, we ought to consider these passages of Scripture. Do you want to be blessed or do you want to be cursed? If you want to be blessed, "hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord." read the Bible, pray, and listen to what the Holy Spirit is saying to you. Keep your heart ready to hear from God at any time of the day. The other option is to not hearken and to be cursed...I don't think anyone wants to be cursed.

Hearken unto the Lord; do what he wants. You will live a blessed life!
