Let your Light Shine

 "But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:"

I Corinthians 4:3


    Our gospel; our testimony, our light to the world. Are you hiding it? If you don't have a good testimony, you're hiding "your gospel" to those that are unsaved. In Matthew 5:16 it says, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." If we allow our testimony to be seen by the world, they will see what we do, and they will know why we do it. They will know that we live the way we do because we want to live to honor Christ.

     Your testimony as a Christian is your personal gospel to a dying world! Perhaps there is someone out there that only you can reach- someone who you can connect with really well. Something in your life that makes you able to understand someone like no one else could. Maybe you've gone through a hard time, and you don't know what good could come from it. Perhaps God is going to lead you to someone going through the same hardship. And because you understand what they're going through you will be best equipped to encourage them and introduce them to the one who helped you! 

    God will bring you the person who is prepared to hear the Gospel if you ask Him to. If you are willing, God will bring you the person will be best helped by you. We have different interests that can help us start conversations with complete strangers that can eventually lead to talk about the Gospel! Use the abilities and interests that God has given you to share the Gospel with people- you have your own special testimony that no one else has. God made you the way He did for a reason- use it to spread the gospel to them that are lost!

The Return of Lester Holmes

It's here!! After many months of much hard work by many people, it's finally done! Thank you to everyone who acted, played, sang, filmed, edited, worked behind the scenes and so many more things! Thank you especially for those of you who had to redo scenes due to me forgetting to turn on the mic on the camera...thankfully it didn't turn out to be a silent film.  We all hope you enjoy the movie (sorry, short film, ha-ha)!
